Young Voices Choir June 9th!

Luke Yates Concert June 11th!

Acclaimed gospel singer Luke Yates will be performing a special concert at our church on Tuesday, June 11th in the early evening. Prepare for an evening filled with uplifting music and a powerful message.

Annual Conference .

Annual Conference will be held this year in Casper Wyoming June 20th-June 23rd.

We don’t have an equalization member yet. Please contact Pastor Amos or the church council chair if you can be a delegate. I consulted the DS and advised that Alamosa’s delegate can represent Center too. Yet it would be best if we had one.

Who is an equalization member? In the UMC, laypeople can attend the annual conference as equalization members to balance the decision-making power with clergy members. There are two ways to become one: hold a leadership position at the conference level or be elected as a lay delegate by your local church. The number of equalization members matches the clergy attendees, ensuring equal voice for both groups.

Join Us This Sunday for Worship!
